These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Tradie Partners Australia, a trading name of Flexi Partners (ABN 73682065907), located in Melbourne, Australia. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services Provided
Tradie Partners Australia provides administrative (Virtual Assistant), marketing, bookkeeping, software support, Business Manager and AI services to trade-based businesses. Some services may be delivered through trusted third-party providers and contractors.

2. Plans, Inclusions and Access
Clients engage Tradie Partners under a weekly service plan which includes:
· A set number of Virtual Assistant (VA) support hours (minimum 5 hours/week)
· Business Manager support including monthly check-in meetings and KPI / financial reviews
· Quarterly marketing strategy sessions
· Access to our extended service network, including AI consulting and bookkeeping support
Custom plans are available by agreement.
To enable full delivery of services (e.g. financial analysis), clients need to provide access to relevant systems such as Xero, MYOB, or their nominated accountant.

3. Payments and Billing
· Payment is due two (2) business days prior to the start of the service period.
· Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer and BPAY.
· Services may be paused if payment is not received on time.
There are no lock-in contracts. However:
· Clients may cancel at any time by providing at least one (1) month’s notice in writing.
· If less than one month’s notice is given (unless within the first month), a $150 cancellation fee applies.
· Cancellation within the first month is exempt from this fee.

4. Rollover and Unused Hours
· Unused VA hours may roll over into the following weeks.
· A maximum of 3x the weekly plan hours can be banked at any one time.
· Banked hours beyond this limit will expire.
· No refunds are provided for unused hours upon cancellation of the service.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
· Provide accurate and timely information to support delivery of services
· Grant access to tools, platforms and systems required for service delivery
· Maintain appropriate licenses and regulatory compliance (Tradie Partners does not accept responsibility for legal compliance of client operations)

6. Use of Third-Party Tools
Tradie Partners may use third-party platforms and tools on your behalf (e.g. ServiceM8, Xero, Mailchimp, Google Ads). Clients must provide access to relevant accounts as required. All third-party tools are used in line with the client’s existing user agreements and platform terms.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials created specifically for the client as part of their service (e.g. branded documents, social media content, templates) will be the property of the client. General resources, internal frameworks or tools used by Tradie Partners remain our intellectual property.

8. Confidentiality
Tradie Partners Australia agrees to treat all client information and data as strictly confidential. This includes any business documents, customer records, financial information, logins, or strategic materials. We will not share or disclose your information outside our team or partners without consent, unless required by law.

9. Liability
Tradie Partners provides services in good faith and makes every effort to ensure quality outcomes. However, we are not liable for:
· Any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our services
· Issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
· Platform errors or failures of third-party software or systems
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided in the relevant period.

10. Changes to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to our services, pricing or these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
